Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Gateshead

hello! 👋 we're looking for someone to take over the tenancy on our flat from july 12th onwards. the tenancy is until june 2026 but we may have to make a move for work which is why we're looking for a replacement! the flat is on gateshead high street and is just a few minutes walk from trinity square, post office, pharmacist, doctors, the gateshead metro and the bus stop directly into town. it's just a few minutes into newcastle via car/bus/metro or a 15min walk over the bridge, and less than a 10min walk to aldi. it's also directly in front of the gateshead high street carpark. it comes part furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, sofa, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and kettle. council tax band A, but currently unsure of the EPC rating, we would need to ask our letting agency. we've been living here as a couple since last summer and it's suited all our needs brilliantly, it would be perfect for a student or young professional couple, or someone on their own!
