Rent a room in Albuquerque

I have a room available in northwest Albuquerque, minutes from Rio rancho and entertainment. Decent sized room with closet and shared bathroom. There are 2 living areas downstairs, one of which you can use for your own belongings (TV, couch, etc). You can also just use what I have in the other area if you’d like.I do have a dog and cat, to keep in mind if you are allergic to either of them. They’re both loving and playful, a perk if you love animals.I am a 31 year old man with 2 daughters who live with me 50% of the time.
