Looking for a responsible, compatible, highly educated roommate (male or female) preferably a person with a permanent residence out of town and wanting to rent in the area for a Minimum of 8 months or longer. . I am a female who owns a two bedroom, 1 bath house located close to many amenities: grocery stores, pharmacies, close to shopping malls, restaurants, parks, and short drive to the beaches. The room rent includes utilities based on ONE person occupancy: includes electricity, garbage pickup, WIFI internet, basic streaming internet TV, TV inside rental room, conservative use of water (short showers), off street driveway parking.
