Rent 2 bedroom apartment in San Jose

For work-related reasons, I'm looking to sublet the master bedroom in a 2B2B apartment in downtown San Jose at a discounted rate:It's a corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom, offering fantastic natural light. ☀️Pet-friendly—cats and dogs are allowed. There’s a dog park on the 7th floor, and daily cleaning services are provided for the building. 🧹The building features a 24-hour front desk. Access to the elevators requires a fob, and large or heavy packages will be delivered right to your door, while standard packages go to a 24-hour locker. Food deliveries 🥡 can be brought up to your apartment.The apartment is conveniently located next to San Pedro Square, a lively area full of dining and entertainment options, including Chinese food like soup dumplings and trendy coffee shops like Dr. Ink.It's a 3-minute walk to Deloitte, an 8-minute walk to Northeastern University (NEU), and a 10-minute walk to tech companies like Zoom and Adobe.The building is called Centerra, and the corner room layout is pricier than other layouts because the non-corner 2B secondary bedrooms have no windows. Monthly rent is $1998 per person (negotiable if you rent through June). The lease runs until June 2025, with the option to renew. The sublease can start from late December or January, with utilities and internet costs shared with a roommate. We initially paid a non-refundable $4000 rental guarantee fee, which will be waived for the sublessee. Lightly used furniture (worth about $1000) is available for free for the new tenant, along with kitchenware if needed.
