There is plenty of space in the room and two large windows allow TONS of natural light into the room. The common space has a dishwasher and all standard kitchen appliances. Walking distance to the J and C trains, laundromats, grocery/deli, playground and park nearby. Utilities not included in rent but split 3 ways. No guests who are not on the lease please. Very sad I have to leave. Looking for a female roommate between 25-40 years old who is able to complete the application and sign a minimum 9 month lease starting Nov 1.
