Close to all shopping and restaurants Cornerstone Park area with lake, walking paths, private cupolas overlooking lake with BBQ’s. Room available is upstairs. Fully furnished. All new furniture, bedding, recent remodel.. Refrigerator and microwave in closet. Bathroom is shared double sinks and separate cupboards. Tenant sharing is extremely neat and clean. Leaves at 3 am for work and is asleep by 6pm. Rarely see him. No alcoholics, or slobs. Must be neat and clean. I keep a neat home. Full access to downstairs, pool, laundry etc. Pol service included. Fire pit, rock waterfall, 5 burner gas grill that plugs into house. Patio furniture, umbrella. I have a spayed 3 yr old cat.
