This home is a fairly new build 2021 with beautiful finishes. It is situated at the corner of I36E/W and E-470. It is a short 15 minute drive to downtown and 10 minute drive to Boulder. There are lots of trails, and it's a 1 minute drive to Flat Irons Mall. You could walk there if you want. The room itself large since it's modern. You have your own closet. Your own bathroom. Kitchen is gorgeous. The two other rooms are mine. One belongs to me. And the other is for my two boys. They're very polite and quiet. We also won't occupy the home for 22 days out of the month, so it's practically a pretty private space for you. I just need someone clean, trustworthy, with good references. Thanks.
