Rent 2 bedroom apartment in San Diego

Hi! My name is Tori (she/they) and I’m looking for a flatmate! This is month to month lease but I’ve stayed here for more than a year. The Main bedroom of my apartment is for rent. You have two closets (one inside the room and one just outside the room), carpet floors, and a window facing the street. I’m in the small bedroom next to it. Shared one bathroom right across from the room but there’s plenty of cabinet space for another person. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with a pullout couch, loveseat, and ottoman I use as a coffee table. Might have room for a chair and a bookcase if you have one. I also have kitchen supplies/appliances already and some cabinet room and pantry for your own belongings. It’s definitely not a brand spanking new apartment but I love it cuz it’s kinda retro. No in unit washer/dryer but two blocks walking distance from a good laundry mat.Utilities for internet and energy cost about $150 together usually. A/C unit in the main living room. Has a ceiling fan as well. $10 monthly pet deposit if you have a cat or a small dog which is reflected in the cost (though I already have two kittens so your pet must be good with cats!). It’s a small apartment on the second floor but it fits two perfectly! This apartment is in central north park right next to 30th street. Easy access to main freeways and very walkable. Vons is within walking distance about two blocks away, plenty of little shops, bars and restaurants just a block away. Only street parking but there is a decent amount of parking on Kansas st and at the community park which is a block or two over. Also walking distance to public transportation stops.About me, I’m a 31 year working healthcare professional, community organizer, and cat lover. My cats are one year old and their names are Tai and Frida. I’m Queer friendly and have very progressive values and politics. All I ask of you is that you are not a Trump supporter and help with cleaning. I’m gone a lot from the apartment so should be pretty quiet. I almost never hear the neighbors but they are friendly. I mostly keep to myself at home but would love to get to know you. Mostly comfortable with a female or non-binary person to live with but I’m open to all genders if you’re kind and compassionate. My current flatmate has moved out and would be open to showing the apartment either in person or virtually if necessary. Just let me know :)
