MINIMUM STAY 1 MONTH This is a fully furnished, newly renovated air-conditioned 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with wooden floors throughout the apartment, located on the fifth floor of a walk-up building on the Upper West Side. You enter the premises through the kitchen, which has a tiled floor. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a sink, a refrigerator with freezing compartment and a microwave. There is cookware available, a kettle, dining ware and other kitchen utensils. The open kitchen leads to a hallway on the left which gives access to the full tiled bathroom equipped with a a bathtub with shower, a toilet and a cabinet with a sink. The first bedroom is located at the end of the hallway which has two windows, facing the street. It is furnished with a desk, a chair, a queen size sofa bed and two bedside tables. The living room is located on the right side of the kitchen and is furnished with a queen size sofa bed, an entertainment unit with flat screen TV and a stereo. The living room leads to the second bedroom, which has two windows, one built-in closet and is furnished with a queen size bed and two bedside tables. Transportation: C and E trains run at 50th Street / Eighth Avenue Station, three blocks from the building, 1 train runs at 50th Street Station / Broadway, and N, R and W trains run at 49th Street Station/7th Avenue and B, D, F and V trains are two avenue blocks further away. Neighborhood: Supermarket, pharmacy, bank, laundromat are nearby. Eighth Avenue is the main street where most of the amenities are located. This building is located in the area which is known as the Theater District including Times Square in the heart of it. Steps away from more that thirty off and off-off Broadway theaters which perform well known shows daily, as well as many other theatres, movie theatres, restaurants and other places of entertainment.
