Rent 4 bedroom house in Sunrise Manor

Beautiful one story, four bedroom, three bathroom home in Stallion Mountain on the east side of town. (Near Stephanie Street shopping)!Stallion Mountain is a guard gated golf course community with beautiful lakes and wildlife. My home is approximately 3,000 square feet, it has a theater room, office, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom I have available is approximately 11’x20’! The room is fully furnished and has its own bathroom, a large closet with mirrored doors and an adjacent private sitting area/office/loft that only the renter will use.The renter would basically have his/her own apartment with shared living spaces.ALL utilities are included in the monthly rent.I do have dogs and cats and so my roommate cannot. My pets are not permitted in the guest bedrooms.I have one tenant/roommate who works six days a week, approximately sixteen hours a day so l rarely see him.We are very clean, respectful, respectable and responsible people with positive attitudes and good energy in search of a roommate with the same qualities.
