Rent 2 bedroom apartment in The Oaks

Renting out 1 bed and 1 bathroom in my 2 bed 2 bath condo in walking distance from USF Tampa. It’s on the second story of a 2 story building so no upstairs neighbors.The room comes furnished. All of the work materials and closet storage pictured will be moved out of the room before you move in.All utilities are included! This includes water, electricity, and internet. Also, access to W/D on the unit’s patio.Looking for a roommate that is quiet, clean, considerate, and respectful. I WFH so preferably someone that is often out of the house during business hours or has no issue at all with being fairly quiet from 9am-5pm Mon.-Fri. I travel a lot for work so you will have to the apartment to yourself often. This also means I am looking for someone trustworthy and won’t bring excessive amounts of guests over. Female is preferred because I am one. No drugs or smoking. Lastly, someone who won’t bring the party home unless agreed upon beforehand. I like my home to be a safe peaceful place and will give you the same consideration.$40 application fee you would securely pay online directly to a background check website for a background check. $500 security deposit and first months rent to move in.
