Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Phoenix

My name is India. I'm 29 years old, working professional, I'm a clinical therapist. I have a fully furnished two bedroom apartment in South Phoenix. It's a gated complex with two pools, a small gym, and a safety patrol, as well as ample uncovered parking available. The room in question would be available from now through the end of August 2025. It has a closet, a king size bed (can be converted to a twin bed if you want more space in the room) it also has a small desk which can be used seated or standing if you need to work from home at all, a wall mounted tv, and a small walking treadmill. Also a small reading chair and a large bookshelf. You would also have your own private full bathroom with bath and shower and a decent sized sink. I also have an in-unit washer and dryer, a spacious patio, heat/ac, great wifi, you would also have access to my Netflix, Hulu and HBO Max accounts. The unit is located on the third floor so please keep that in mind as well. I do have a pet snake who lives in my room with me and you would not have to see her if you wouldn't want to. I am highly allergic to ALL other animals so pets would unfortunately not be welcome.I am very quiet, keep to myself mostly. I like film, music, crafting, hiking/camping, figure skating, and board games. I'm very laid back. I'm open to being friendly/social with roommates and also open to having very little interaction, whatever makes you comfortable.My only requests in a roommate:1st month would be $1000 + $250 deposit ($1250) Rent paid to me by the 28th of every month Quiet time after 10-11pm Any mess/clutter in common areas cleaned within 24-48hrs 30 day notice if you need to leave Communicate with me directly if you intend to have any visitors No smoking in the apartment, and no drugs or excessive drinking Deposit: $250, Rent would be $1000/monthly, total move in cost would be $1250. The room is available from now through August 2025. I am considering long term commitments only.
