Double room sharing with two females. Must be comfortable with dogs, as one dog lives in the house (he's the best boy). Not a party house, looking for someone who is clean. 600 per month including bins and internet. Electricity and gas are not included in the 600, they are billed every two months. The house is a 5 minute walk from Merlin Park Hospital. The 409 bus stops just outside the estate and goes every 15 minutes into Eyre Square. Suitable for females and non-smokers only.
