Security Deposits - A Security Deposit is required. The renter will be given a link at lease approval to purchase a policy. These policies are offered at a low monthly premium usually between $30 and $100 a month (dependent on applicants' qualifications). If the renter elects not to use Obligo a refundable cash security deposit of 1months rent will be due.
