I am seeking a considerate and sociable female roommate to share a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located on the fourth floor of 50 Paramount, renting for $1200 monthly, inclusive of utilities and amenities. Ideal for a young professional, the rent and bills will be split 50/50. Please note that drug use and smoking is prohibited, it is a smoke free complex. Vaping is permitted indoors. The apartment is occasionally visited by my friends and family, and you are welcome to have guests over as well :-)
