Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Somersworth

Clean room in three bedroom apt/duplex, room has a TV and full size bed that i got for my nephews to stay over. Bed collapses and I can easily put it or the TV in storage if you have a better one. Utilities including internet included. Large backyard with shed for storage. House is close to downtown.About the roomiesJust myself, (35 year old male) and my six year old son Elliott. Hes well behaved and attends 1st grade, i work full timeMonday - friday. House is quiet accept for about anhour in the afternoon because I play drums and practice daily. Were very easy going people who respect privacy.
