Le Prestige is the collective name for Phase 2 of the large-scale waterfront residential community, LOHAS Park, in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was further divided into three phases: 2A, 2B, and 2C, named "Le Prestige," "Le Prestige," and "Le Prestige" respectively. It is a private residential estate jointly developed by Cheung Kong Holdings, Nan Fung Group, and the MTR Corporation. The estate was designed by Ho Design (formerly Ho Hin-Yee Architects and Real Estate Consultants) and constructed by China Overseas Housing Engineering (a Chinese construction company). The estate offers a total of 4,272 units, primarily large units, all three to five bedrooms, ranging in size from approximately 900 sq ft to 2,200 sq ft. 100% of the units feature extra-large private viewing balconies of 3 to 5 meters in length, over 90% have ensuite bedrooms, and 80% include a maid's room/storage room. The ten towers range from 65 to 76 stories and 210 to 233 meters in height, making them the tallest residential buildings in the New Territories and the sixth tallest in Hong Kong, even taller than the Arch of Triumph at Kowloon Station (231 meters). To enhance privacy, each of the towers—The Peak, The Summit, and The Grand is divided into left and right wings, each with its own independent lobby and elevators. All towers are designed with three elevators serving three or four units per floor, allowing for better management of the entire building and ensuring the privacy of each area. Residents can only access their assigned wing and floor via smart card access. Each tower has six elevators, two of which provide direct access to the parking lot and loading/unloading area.
