Rent a room in Raleigh

I have a place located about 8 minutes south of downtown raleigh, spacious room plus I have an additional smaller room if you have a need for storage. Shared bathroom with one other person, washer/dryer/dishwasher. Awesome backyard (pets are okay as long as you understand they’re nobody else's responsibility but your own) tons of useful stores/restaurants in the area. Both of us are service industry night owls and overall pretty chill dudes. Looking for someone who is clean, drama free and has reliable income from a job of at-least 6+ months employment. Please provide references
