Rent a room in Deer Valley

My current roommate is moving out and needs someone to replace them. I can add you to the lease or have a document to indicate you will be renting here. The two-bedroom casita, has it has own bathroom. Rent includes internet and water usage. However, water is billed on usage and if it goes over may ask for additional $25-50. APS for electricity cost can range from $50-120, depending on bill we can split or find what works best. You may use any kitchen appliances, utensils, bowls, plates, etc. please clean up after yourself!
