Rent a room in Golden

Hi, we're a very down to earth easy going couple looking to rent out a room in our place. We have two medium-large dogs, sweethearts but can be a handful. We're willing to negotiate rent down a couple hundred if you're willing to care for and watch them when both of us are out of the house. We have a bathroom, but our shower is currently not working so while we save to get it fixed, we use the one in the hallway bathroom. 5 min to downtown Golden, 5 min to 70 and the Mountains. Really quiet neighborhood for the most part. We have a small fenced yard with a small porch and patio. We'd love to meet for an informal interview of sorts as there are a few caveats we'd like to discuss in person. Reach out with any questions!
