Rent a room in Boston

Hi Everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease (flexible move in date) in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house located on P Street in Southie. I’m moving out because I’m moving in with my fiance. Your portion of the rent would be $1,600 a month, with utilities split between 3 people (central ac and gas heat). The current roommates are 2 working professionals, females in their mid to late 20s. I went to grad school with both of them - they are very nice, clean and respectful! The house is 3 floors, bedrooms on the 2nd floor, first floor is the living and kitchen area and a finished basement. You would have your own room, and working space in the basement if you work from home. The house has a fenced in patio. Laundry is included, located in the basement with a ton of storage space.
