Rent 2 bedroom apartment in McKinney

Have 2nd bedroom in apartment with own bathroom. Looking for someone to share rent. I have two, small, quiet, older pups. Room has big closet. Hoping to find a quiet roommate. I spend most of my time at work pm and in my bedroom or on large balcony. Smoking okay outside. I cannot accommodate more pets. Month to month after 60 days. Will refund all or partial deposit if room left clean and undamaged. May use living room, kitchen and balcony. Unfortunately, no storage space but reasonably priced storage facility at end of street. Prefer male between ages of 30-50 but will consider any compatible roommate. All cultures welcome to respond. Apartment complex is quiet, friendly and multi-cultural. Close to US 75 and 121.
