2 rooms apartment of 458m² in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

Looking for expressions of interest I am currently renovating my apartment and want someone special to look after my home. Must be cordial with people living upstairs. With a huge bedroom, study, lounge, deck and brand new bathroom, I want someone who will take care of the place. Apartment includes fridge, washing machine and ice maker. Bed and some furnishings available if required I have a well established edible garden including grapes, peaches, apples, oranges, uglifruit, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, corn, passionfruit, mandarins and more!
