Since I will be traveling this spring, I am hoping for a nice subletter to take over my flat. It is a bright and charming new-build apartment (Neubau), with direct access to a green garden and children’s playground. It's perfect for couples or a single person. Its located in Helmholzkiez, a typical quiet but rather fancy neighborhood in Berlin. Lots of bars, cafes, bio shops, second-hand shops, restaurants and pilates studios :) The flat includes a large spacious living room and open kitchen with direct access to a private patio. It has all the necessities: high speed internet, washing machine, oven and (real) gas stove, a bathtub and a separate, and of course: a bedroom with a large doublebed. My things will be tucked away and free for your stay. No parties, and no smoking allowed. Pets are allowed, as long as you make sure to clean and leave everything intact.
