Rent 3 bedroom house in Laveen

Primary bedroom available for rent in my 3 bed/2.5 bath house in Laveen near 51st/baseline. It would be unfurnished prior to move in. Private bathroom, laundry and kitchen privileges. Street parking. Absolutely no smoking or drugs of any type. I have a cat. The air doesn’t usually go lower than 76 in the summers. I’m a clean person and keep my house clean and would appreciate it if you did the same. A little about myself, I’m a guy, 28, work full time, easy going. My mom lives with me as well, she goes out of town sometimes. $1,000/month with everything included. Looking for someone for 3-6 months potentially longer depending on the circumstances. First and last months rent would be due at time of move in and I would background check.
