Rent a room in Revere

Hey! Looking for one roommate in my 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment in Revere. It will be available early October. I’m 23 years old and pretty easy to get along with. Ideally looking for someone around the same age Awesome Location, right next door to New-deal Fruit and Manne’s bakery! Close to Revere Beach and airport.All utilities are included in the priceThe house is a little bit older but recently updated with Central heating/AC, new kitchens, bathroom and updates throughout! There is keyless entry for all doors with passcode entry. As well as all new appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. There also is a water filtration system for clean tap water. Off street grass parking is available or parking on the street is doable as well. The house is on a larger lot with a decent sized backyard. I have no pets but bringing one can be discussed I can also offer basement storage for an extra costRequirements:* 6 months proof of income* Background check.
