With riverside views from the living room, bedrooms and balcony, the apartment is on the first and second floor of a privately owned tower block (renovated ex-council building, featured in the BBC documentary series, The Tower), it also offers great walks along the river including to Rotherhithe or Greenwich or around Southwark Park, Surrey Docks Farm or the local Ecological Park. The building has an electronic/fob-entry system to control access to the outside gate and the 2 sets of locked internal doors, which are staffed 24/7 by a concierge during the day and a security guard through the night.
