Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Paradise

Reposting because I wasn’t clear in the prior post. This is strictly for female tenants only for we are a 2-female, 1-child household.Hello. I am looking to rent out a room in my 2-bedroom apartment. It has been used as a home office for a while now.We prefer:1. People with not much stuff (meaning you have the whole room to yourself, but not in the living room and other areas of the house since we have a lot of stuff)2. Shared bathroom3. We have 2 cats (must be ok with cats)4. I have a mattress and TV with stand available for the room if you would like to keep it, if not I can always put it in storage.5. Rent will be the 15th and 30th of the month (I prefer to do this just in case you change your mind, it wouldn’t be hard on both ends) 6. Location is 89119* Deposit $300* Rent $300 every 2 weeks* All utilities included (Wifi as well)
