Settled in the community of west haven. Bedroom with full size bed, TV, side table, pull out sleeper sofa (this can be removed if needed), closet space. Shared bathroom with one other female. Quiet home, gated community, lanai, garage space for car. Will receive a garage clicker and gate clicker while renting the room. Internet, cable, light, and water included. 5 Minutes to i4, 10 min from Posner park, 20 minutes to Disney. If you smoke I don't really care, just smoke outside pls.
