Rent a room in Albuquerque

There are two bedrooms to pick from. The one not picked will be a guest/office/storage room. One of the rooms is fairly large with two basic closets. The other has a walk in closet and is attached to the upstairs bathroom. The upstairs bathroom will be mostly yours. There is a second bathroom downstairs that is mostly mine but can be used. There is a washer and dryer downstairs. Two living room spaces, a kitchen, a decent sized backyard with a firepit and a pergola. The garage is currently full of stuff but will get organized soon. I have a cat and a dog. My dog loves cats and is ok with most other dogs. My cat is a spoiled princess who has never had to suffer the indignity of sharing. I don't party. I can't have any cannabis in the house at all. I prefer to hang out and watch a movie or play a board game with whoever I end up living with occasionally. I need my quiet time but also want to connect with who I live with to build trust. The rooms have basic furniture but that can be moved out if you don't want or need it.
