Rent 3 bedroom house in San Diego

Hey guys ! I have an available room for rent that needs to be Filled ASAP ! has full size closet and carpet with a window facing the front yard. I have one elderly dog, non aggressive and super sweet and friendly typically always in the room with me. Other roommate has small 1 year old dog. Currently two females and one male living in household. all usually stay to ourselves because we are all mostly always at work but are open to making more friends ! Info-the room available is UNFURNISHED -shared bathroom-utilities usually run us roughly 120$ each on top of rent, meaning total rent each month is that base rent $768 + ( utility month cost split between all roommates equally) -420 + LGBTQ friendly -deposit goes towards first months rent
