Rent a room in Wilton Manors

Hi!My current roommate is moving out, and I’m looking for someone to take over her spot in the lease as soon as possible.Rent is about $1153 per person, with utilities FPL around $60 and Wi-Fi around $40 per person.I have two incredibly sweet and affectionate cats, and I work from home. My routine usually starts early with a gym session before I start work around 8 am. After work, I like to hit the gym again and enjoy going out and focusing on self-improvement.
