Looking for two responsible, transparent, and kind roommates who help out with household chores and can pay rent on time to fill a 3 bedroom apartment. The home is mostly furnished, and about 7 minutes away from I5. Rent per room is $533 not including utilities which vary by season. Both rooms get plenty of light and are perfect for plants. In unit washer and dryer. Pets are allowed but limited to two per apartment and pet rent is required. A little about me: I am 21 years old and work full time. I work roughly 40hours per week.
