Rent a room in Fair Oaks

The room is one of three in the upstairs area, shared bathroom on the hallway. The house is located in a very calm and safe neighborhood between Orangevale and Citrus Heights. Very spacious common area and an amazing backyard with pool and barbecue area. Utilities are not included and is about $150 - $200 per month Only females and NO pets allowed. We require background check.As of right now, we are two roommates looking for another person to rent the 3rd bedroom we have available. We both work as nannies full time, we love to enjoy our free time by the pool and hanging out with friends. We are looking for someone calm, respectful, clean and fun.
