It is an attractive room. There is a man who occupies the other upstairs room and a bathroom is shared by the upstairs tenants. there are 2 nice large dogs who live on the property. There are restaurants, gas stations, food marts very close by. The neighborhood is safe with quite a few retired people and not a lot of children. Lots of dog walkers. The rent is 850 with me paying electric, water, and cable and internet.
