If you are a Jiu Jitsu/MMA practitioner then this is the place for you! The house itself is furnished with contemporary furniture. The room Is furnished as well. There is also a washer and dryer. Lastly, you will have your own private bathroom. Location:This house is a mile from the fry's, 2 miles from Norterra shopping center and USAA, 8 min from TSMC, super close to Lake Pleasant, and just a short scenic drive through the Sonoran Desert to the fun cowboy town of Cave Creek. Also the I17 is right down the road. There is a lot of hiking and mountain biking trails in this area. I am a mountain biker myself and I love the fact that dixie mountain and the Sonoran Preserves are right in my backyard. Rent: Monthly rent is $1,100/month. The rent includes all utilities. $500 refundable deposit is asked as well. Along with myself I am just looking for one roommate.
