This spacious 60m2 one-bedroom flat is located in the heart of the 4th district of Paris. Newly renovated and furnished, this apartment will surely not disappoint. The sofa can fold out into a queen bed should you have guests. You will find the same hints of blue and gold in the bedroom where there is a king bed as well as a decorative fireplace. There is also ample amount of storage space throughout the apartment. The open kitchen and dining has everything you need to make a simple breakfast or a nice French dinner. The large wooden table can easily seat 4. There is even a washer/dryer combo. Another unique feature about this grand abode is there are 2 full bathrooms. The marble-clad master ensuite is composed of a large shower, toilet and sink. Then off the living room, there is a guest shower and sink with a separate w/c by the entry. After a long day's walk around Paris, you can relax in the living room to watch TV and there is fast WiFi throughout. We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months.Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate.
