Wonderful home for a respectful professionalAbout: - I have a cat - lovely and loving- cloee to La Brea and all the Fab restaurants and shops. Literally walking distance to them, Trader Joe’s and CVS as well- we have a parking spot avail for the tenant- must be willing to do a background check and also show proof of income etc o- you will have your own half bath and a shared bathroom for shower and bathtub use only - outdoor space is avail to use - looking for someone clean and respectful of living with someone else and cleans up after themself.- ideally someone who will share tasks like bringing the trash cans up from the front to the back every other week. I really want to find someone who is chill, clean, and respectful. If you have a sense of humor that is a plus!Adding a tV in the room as well!
