Rent 3 bedroom house in San Diego

Live with a friendly drama-free couple of 11 years. We love to cook, play sports, and watch a good movie. 3br/2ba house tucked in a canyon in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Laundry on site. Rent includes wi-fi and utilities. We go out occasionally but never bring the party home. We like to keep the house as a quiet relaxing place. We live in the master bedroom with attached bathroom. We are renting one unfurnished room with private hallway bathroom. The third room will remain vacant. I prefer not to post pictures of my place for privacy but am happy to do a preliminary phone interview and if that goes well set up a time to show the house. Thank you for your consideration. Daryl
