This room has been well taken care of and is fully furnished with it the exception of no TV. Room has a shared bathroom . Room available on July 1st . Price comes with all utilities paid including internet. Absolutely no pets of any kind. Have had too many bad experiences, sorry. I’m willing to work with people that might have kids, but prefer just adults. Couples welcomed! This is a month to month lease but looking for someone that is willing to stay long term.
