Rent a room in Prairie Village

I have a 10x10 room with linen closet and private half bath available for rent. The apartment is completely furnished other than the spare room. Apartment is located on the second floor and has a large balcony. Apartment community has a grilling area, small fitness center and pool when in season. I am in my 30s and work in clinical research. Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday from 7am to 5pm so would prefer someone that is either a professional student or also works early hours. The apartment does allow dogs with standard breed restrictions.
