Inviting home.Open spaces.House is keep neat and clean.Looking for respectful, quiet, clean and neat renter.Picks up and cleans up after themselves.Pitches in if something needs to be clean you clean it.There is a cleaning lady once a month who only does base house cleaning. The room for rent is large.Queen size bed, desk and chair, dresser, TV, small refrigerator with freezer, two seat couch, large closet that runs the length of the room. There is a shared bathroom but another half bath in laundry area.Strong intenrt signal.Kithchen has cabinet spce for you. A shelve in refrigerator as well. Use of all kitchen supplies and condiments. As long as you clean up after yourself. Full size washer and dryer.Back yard is quiet and private. Large atio space with barbaque grill..There is a vegtabe garden off to the side but needs to be replanted. Paved parking in front of house or off the side.Safe area but house does have a alarm. Full gym area in back. You are free to use if you wipe down and clean after use.I travel and not around much. Other person there works crazy long hours not around much either.Please reach me with any questions you may have..The rent covers... Internet, alarm, as well.The water and electic are split two or three ways depending on who is at the house.I am ok with over night guest once in awhile but not all the time, The room is rented to one person not two.
