Rent a room in Chandler

My husband, my twin babies, my two friendly dogs and I have just moved into a two bedroom apartment. Everything besides the bedroom will be fully furnished and equipped with everything. The kitchen will have everything a chef needs in the kitchen. The room we will be renting out is on the opposite side of the apartment by the front door which is on the 3rd floor. Since we are still in the process of moving the photos shown are not what the finished product will look like and will come with a couch, tv, and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has all brand new high end Samsung appliances and luxury amenities throughout the complex such as electric car charging ports, gym with rock climbing wall, dog spa, large pool, a fire pit, multiple lounge areas, and a clubhouse with a movie theatre and a pool table. The only rules we have are no guest allowed past 10pm. We ask that you keep the common areas clean, pick up after yourself and household chores are shared. We like to keep our home welcoming and a clean environment for a more pleasant place to live in. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.
