This is a stable home, no couples plz, no addicts and no pets, if you are a smoker it’s fine as long as you smoke outside (420 ok). Cleaning service once a month in common areas. Parking in front of the house, sorry the driveway is designated to the 2 other roommates. Bus line is right behind the house. All the stores you need are nearby, 15 minutes from the strip. Month to month lease with a minimum of 3 months stay. High speed internet, all utilities are included in rent
