West Boca Raton/Large Bedroom with Private Bath

I have a large, light & Bright room with a private bath available to rent for season or annually in West Boca Raton. Completely furnished EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW , including linens and towels, TV etc. This is for one person, preferably a woman. This room is available from November through March, negotiable. Rent is 1.500 a month and includes electric, wi-fi, cable, kitchen privileges, common house privileges, laundry on Zen patio. There is also a full gym in the recreation center, along with the library and game room. Tennis/pickleball courts. The pool has bathrooms and a jacuzzi and a shower. I have a black short haired cat, very sweet. There is no cigarette smoking in the home, however medical marijuana is allowed. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Looking for a single roommate, age approx. 40's to 60's
