It’s on the first floor of a building in a nice, quiet neighborhood with washers and dryers in the basement,9-foot ceilings, common areas are well furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked.You room has a closet, as well as heat, high speed internet, and window AC. BEDROOM PICTURED WILL NOT BE FURNISHEDGood street parking (permit is ~$42per month) Utilities -gas electric are approximately $40-85 per month more in the summer with AC , which we’d split The Location:The apartment is located in Downtown Montclair, right across the street from the Whole Foods, with coffee shops, bars, lots of restaurants, gym, CVS, clothing stores, etc. all within a 10-15 minute walk. 3 minute walk to the bus stop (28, 11, 72 and the 33, which will take you to NYC), and a 7 minute drive to Bay Station. The Roommate:Late 20’s working full time.
