*Don’t have photos because a current tenant is still in the room* Hello, I am looking to rent out 1 room in August-September in a three bedroom 1.5 bathroom house located in the Mayfair area of fresno. Room includes access to all common areas and includes access to (amenities: washer/dryer, fridge, tv, dishwasher, ect.)- Month to month lease- Rent is $667 for the room -Utilities and wifi are split equally between tennants- Deposit will be $667- Gardener and Pest Control included in rent- Perfer female roomate please - Current tenant's are (20, 21)- The room is unfurnished- Bathroom is shared- You must be pet friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, and friendly. - Perfer no cigarette smokers and there is no smoking/vaping/e-cigarette smoking indoors. We have a back patio for smoking- We will share house hold responsibilities, like cleaning common areas, and being respectful of each other spaces/property- There are 4 cats already present in the house. Would perfer person with no pets or one cat- Current tenant's either works full time and/or goes to school full time-House is close to City, State, and community colleges- Before moving in there will be an interview type meeting where we just get to know each other, and to see if we would get along as roomates - Plenty of street parking, but access to garage is not allowed-You must bring pay stubs to prove income
