Rent a room in Spring Hill

Have extra bedroom and full bathroom. Looking to rent it out to the right person. My home office is next to room and I work from home. My bedroom is on other side of house. I have a dog, he is a lab-rottweiler mix. Doesn’t do well with cats, but may get along with another dog.Full kitchen and living room access as well as access to private pool. Fenced in yard. Bathroom has rain shower head and toilet is equipped with bidet.I do not drink or smoke, but it’s ok if you do. Just don’t smoke inside.Please inquire if interested.
