Single, professional, 40 year-old woman looking for a long-term tenant for at least a 1 year lease. Must be a professional (Hybrid or onsite workers okay- no remote please). Must be cat friendly. No Trumpers. Must be clean and considerate. Ideally a day person. No party animals please. I don't care if you 420 or whatever. Just do it on the patio and handle yourself so I don't have to.Please communicate to me if there are any issues or anything.Room is close to freeway access and next door to a shopping center so fairly walkable for necessities. Room size is approximately 10 x 14 feet. Entire condo is 1204 sqft. Community is gated, has tennis court, pickle ball court, half basketball court, pool and spa. Utilities and internet are included in rent. Please don't be completely wasteful.Not over night guests. I don't have many guests coming over and I'd appreciate the same unless we became good friends which is the end goal.I am a homebody and I enjoy the outdoors and prioritize living a healthy lifestyle. I don't drink nor do I smoke. I may indulge every once in a while, but only if I'm being social. I enjoy simple living. Dating isn't a priority for me. Having a comfortable, peaceful home for me and my pets is my main objective. Interests are cats, reading my Kindle, gardening, board games, being active, and eating well. Eventually I would like my future roommate to become a good friend and be able to explore Escondido and elsewhere.
