Rent a room in Plainfield

It's my husband and I full time living, and we have my stepdaughter 50% of the time. She has her own room; bathroom is slightly shared with her for getting ready for school/day in the mornings. We have a friendly 8-year-old Corgi. The community is gated, open parking available. The pool is closed, but there is access to the gym, parks, car wash, etc. onsite. The area is well built with plenty of shopping, grocery, food, and entertainment nearby. The community is quiet and friendly. Downtown Plainfield is 10 minutes away, and Naperville is 20 minutes. We are looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful. We are flexible with company coming over. Shared living area, kitchen, and patio space. Smoking is fine outside. Groceries, toiletries, and laundry are your responsibility, along with cleaning up after yourself/guests.
